Field Settings are located under Volunteers > Report, at the top of the page.
This feature allows you to choose specific data points that you'd like to see displayed underneath each volunteer’s record, without requiring you to open each individual profile.
To see how this works, expand 'Field Settings' by clicking the grey button at the top of the Report page. Use the check-boxes to select the fields that should be revealed. Close 'Field Settings' by clicking on the button again. When you expand any job and shift, you'll now see each volunteer's record with the appropriate fields populating automatically beneath their names.
