Questions can be added to your registration form that appear only when a specific job has been selected. For example, if a volunteer chooses a job called “Medical Tent,” you can require him/her to upload proof of medical certification using our conditional questioning feature.
To set up conditional questioning, go to Events > Your Events > Volunteer Information. In the grey toolbar at the top of this page, create the question you would like to appear when a specific job is selected.
When the question has been added, scroll down to the bottom of the form to find it on the page. On the lower right-hand side of the question, you will see“Conditions to display or hide this question” in small print. Click here to expand the conditional options. Choose the job that should trigger the question to appear - changes will save automatically.
